Not pleased with the automotive department, deceitful & dishonest…read more Our mower tire wouldn't hold air so we brought it in and were told they could mount our new tire to the wheel we had. While mounting our new tire, they damaged the wheel and it would not hold air. The technician admit to damaging the wheel, and suggested they could order a replacement. At check-out, "Lew" at the counter, tried to convince a 10 year welder/fabricator, and a dealership service advisor that the wheel was damaged due to being galvanized, and not steel, he argued that this was not their fault. Apparently he is not familiar with galvanized metals, and thought instead of owning up to their mistakes, they would continue to give us the run around. Lew then agreed to refund us the cost of a wheel, which I will most certainly go back for, but I would not trust this company to service small tires, standard tires, and most certainly not vehicles. It is one thing to make a mistake, own up to it, and do the right thing for the customer, but it's entirely another to give a customer misinformation, and lie to them about their product to cover up your mistake. I truly hope he is just under-educated on steel & galvanized metals, and would not lie straight in the face of a customer -- you never know what your customers know!

I'm stressing "tried" because I don't see how it's not a fire hazard. You cannot move due to the lack of space and inventory that never gets stocked. I'm not sure why they provide shopping carts. You can't fit one down an aisle! It's filthy but it's filthy because there's no way that they can find room to clean in there. Most of those things could be different but the staff has always been unprofessional and rude. Stay away from this place and go to Big Lots a few doors down. It doesn't scream safety hazard.

Returns are no-questions-asked as long as you have a receipt and within the time period. I will continue to ship here even with the higher prices because they are still more economical than other stores.
