Both workers up front said they couldn't do that. I honestly didn't believe them and got a little angry. The owner came out of the back and I again asked to see a breakdown of the charges. He confirmed what the workers told me and also said I was acting "chicken shit". I couldn't believe the unprofessional, confrontational attitude of this wannabe tough guy. I told him in 30 years of doing business I'd never heard of a company that refused to itemize the bill!? He said if I didn't like it I could open my own fencing company. A few more choice words from both of us followed and I left! I wouldn't buy from these clowns if they were TV e only fencing supply company within 300 miles. THE ONLY REASON FOR NOT ITEMIZING A BILL IS BECAUSE YOU ARE TRYING TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER AND DON'T WANT THEM TO CATCH IT!!!

The entire fence line has to come out and get completely redone. After spending over 20k they want another 7k and the poles won't even hold themselves up especially a 7ft fence. These guys are AMATEURS! The owner Nick sent boys to build 4 miles of cow fence on my mountain…read moreproperty! some of they fence was 7' above the ground across draws, stakes weren't in the ground, 1 miles of fence wasn't even up when they said they were done. Nick told us that the cows wouldn't cross the steeper ground so he didn't connect fence. I showed him that they were climbing around the fence and he said he would come back and fix it. He never came back and won't answer my calls, txt or emails. My husband died a few months before he started my fence and I think he totally took advantage of that. I fed and housed the crews. Treated them all so nicely and got taken advantage of!! This winter At least 7 cows got in my fence line( thru opening Nick said they wouldnt go around) and were stuck for months, until I found them in 4' of snow and after 7 days I got 5 safely out. 2 died horribly! They are a Horrible, unprofessional business!!! They don't know how to build fence! The crew hated their boss Nick! Now I know why!!!

My husband and I worked with John Smart of HomeMasters of Southern Oregon on a number of projects…read moreon our home. We had John's crews tear down and build a new attached patio structure and roof it on the backside of our home. We also had them remove moss from the roof, replace some rotted fascia board, install a new downspout, power wash our gutters and adjust our gutters so the rain flows properly and then paint all of the gutters. They also built custom metal covers for the outriggers over our garage and the patio and driveway concrete was power washed. All the work was done by experienced professional workers. The crews were friendly, did excellent work and end of job clean-up great. From the construction to the painting everything turned out fantastic. The best part was working with John Smart, who prepared the detailed work estimate, expertly supervised the work crews and kept us constantly updated on the work schedule -- when workers will arrive at the house and how long the work will take. Sierra, who handled job logistics and billing was really on top of everything too. The entire experience could not have been better and we are extremely happy with the completed projects.
