Made a huge mistake getting my carpet from Premier Flooring. Carpet is nice, but installation was an epic fail. There are numerous seams throughout my hallway, that are ridiculously visible and the worse part is my bedroom, where the carpet doesn't even touch the wall. Carpet was installed on 9/21 and I was back on the phone with Bre, our salesperson the next day. She has been to the house to inspect and wasn't happy with the install. Keith, a different installer came by in Oct, but refused to put on a mask to speak to my husband, a 70% disabled veteran. We told him he could work without a mask, but to speak with us in our home, we requested he wear one. He refused and left. Don't let the nice storefront or friendly customer service faces fool you, their work is crap. I have to see it every day. Bre is no longer looking for solutions to correct their problem, she's but the whole experience on ignore and refuses to call. Go anywhere else to get your flooring! read more

Well we went off of the 1 reviews that had 5 stars. That was a mistake. They do have quality material for a comparable price but.....be prepared for being put off for weeks when they've told you it can be done in 3 weeks and a date was even given for installation. Don't believe it!!!! There is no communication/follow up at all. We had to call them constantly to even squeak out a new installation date. I will come back here to let you know how the actual installation goes UPDATE! The installers did a great job! The floor looks great. It took 5 days but I prefer a quality job over speed. Due to the unorganized and unprofessional nature of this business, I would warn any potential customers to steer clear of Premier Flooring. While I think they mean well, and have a great showroom, their lack of organization made the job 3 WEEKS LATE, which caused a whole host of issues with other contractors. This caused us to have to put way too much energy into trying to get them to do what they promised. They never did finish, but the rooms that they did finish look good. They did not make me feel all that important as a customer. read more

We recently purchased carpet from Premier and could not be happier. Natalie did an excellent job helping us pick out carpet, scheduling a time and following us through the process until our carpet was installed and we were happy. John, Anthony and Chris were our installers and were prompt, polite and did a great job. We had an issue with a seam and Natalie, Philip and John made sure it was taken care of and we were very satisfied. I would recommend Premier to anyone who needs flooring. read more

I went to Premier Flooring the week of July 15th, 2019 and arranged to have a bedroom measured for carpet replacement. Their guy, Phillip, measured on July 23rd and on July 25th, they gave me their bid which I accepted and paid them in full. The plan was to schedule the install for August when our general contractor finished remodeling the adjacent bath. We scheduled the install date two weeks out to give Premier plenty of time to ensure the job went without a hitch. Their installer showed up today and as soon as he saw the room, he indicated that he did not have enough carpet to do the job. It turns out that their measurement guy, Phillip, screwed up the measurements. I was told that Premier would let me know by the end of today how they planned to make this right but I never received a call. These guys are absolute amateurs. Do not waste your time or money with these folks. read more

We recently purchased a home in the Running Y that needed a complete overhaul. Premier flooring on Washburn is fabulous. We used them for all flooring and painting needs. Actually, the owner is the contractor who handled everything, and they did a phenomenal job. I was not here to supervise. It took them a bit over a month to complete everything, and when I arrived, everything was beautiful. I ordered virgin wool carpets which are notoriously difficult to install, and they look great. They painted the entire house exceptionally well too. They also had cabinets and shelves built among other things. Theresa in the flooring department is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as is Jacob in the paint department. Highly recommend. read more

We decided to go with Premier Flooring & Design for our bathroom flooring remodel and were told that we would have our flooring the following week. A week went by and we called and our flooring wasn't in, so we were told by an associate that he made sure to put the order in for the next week, as he was out of the office and forgot to tell the other staff to order the flooring. The next week, now 2 weeks and we did not even get a call or anything. Week 3 I call in and ask when the flooring will be in, and I am told that it was not in back office, but someone would be calling me tomorrow. The next day I receive a call and find out that no one has ordered the flooring. So now we are at week 4, and I get a call that our flooring is finally in. Our project is now 2 months delayed, because we wanted to finish it up before we went on vacation. I told my sales associate that I was not happy with the service and would like some type of discount to make it up and at least make me feel better about the situation. I was then called back and offered $10, in which I told him to go ahead and keep his money, as that was not even 5% of the total cost, and would cost me more in gas to go pick it up. I will note that the staff was very nice and friendly, but I will not be ordering any more flooring from them. I understand things happen, but 4 weeks is a little bit ridiculous, because I was told the orders come in ever Thursday. We decided to go with Premier Flooring over another company, due to the great reviews, but we were charged a service charge on top of the square footage price and I surely hope that it was not for shipping and handling. read more

We recently purchased Vinyl Plank Flooring at Premier Flooring. Sharon helped us select an outstanding product at a reasonable price for a small rental house project. In less than a week, Bre came out to measure and Sharon provided an installation estimate that afternoon. We decided to DYI the project. We are not DYI experts by any means but with the purchase of the flooring, Premier provided two hours of consultation/assistance from expert John Watrous. He met us at the project and provided advice and helpful instruction to get us started. He followed up with a phone call that afternoon to check in on our progress. John stopped in on day five (I said we aren't experts) to check in again. He advised us on a couple of difficult areas and gave us much appreciated encouragement. We were able to return our unused boxes to the showroom for refund. Premier provided outstanding customer service. We highly recommend this business. read more
