When I see a business with 5 stars, I sometimes wonder if it's really *that* good. I've been to many smoke shops and while some have been better than others, none have ever stood out. Enter Mo's... I happened to find their website a few months ago and decided to give them a try. I've now placed 2 orders with them and they're seriously amazing. With my first order, there was an error with applying a code and after reaching out to them, they responded quickly, fixed the problem and my order was shipped and received within days. I was impressed but figured I'd wait to see how the next order went. Well, last week I had a shipping issue and within hours of messaging, I received a reply with a resolution even though it wasn't their error. If I lived near their shop I would definitely be a frequent customer. They offer the products I want at great prices, their shipping is crazy fast and their customer service is Nordstrom level. It's very clear why they are rated the way they are and I will continue to spread the word and support this business. They deserve all the love! read more

oh boy. it's a little hard for me to write this one, as i've been coming here for the past year and a half or so (consistently too) and this most recent visit has been a very unpleasant one. in my previous review, i stated this was my favorite go to brick and mortar store. i used to enjoy the interactions i had going in even though im driving out 30 minutes away from my home city to pick up my weekly/monthly supplies. i used to think it was worth the drive. upon entering the store today, it was not at all, the same interactions ive had previously. i was greeted with a subpar welcome and felt the need to just pick my items and go. this place used to have very competitive prices too. hence, it was necessary for me to drive out here. the employee i dealt with could've been a bit more enthusiastic in helping me. instead, i just felt a bit rushed and i needed to get out there. i'm not the one to judge. maybe they had a bad day or something, or maybe they just didn't feel the need to be nice to people today. i get it. we all have our days. needless to say, i'll probably not go here anymore because of this. and no, before anyone asks, this is not my first time dealing with their employees. this same thing happened to exactly during my last 3 visits. this saddens me a little because i really like the owner too. i'll be looking for a new go to store and should the owner feels like it is necessary to reach out, then i'll update my review. good luck on future business ventures and your 5 year anniversary. read more

The business is that good on all three cylinders (service, selection, value). Given I spend $30 to $35 easily a pop for the Flum Mellow in Tri Valley/South Bay areas. Big Mo's offers are damn there a steal at $20 a piece. Knock Knock at the temple with a roll cross the index...in this economy. That's a bargain you can't beat. Stock rolls out fast but they are varied. I got what I need to match my Feb 26 cannabis stash. Far and few between establishments will furnish online orders for disposable vapes in California. I've been to Mo's a handful of times with my bf and we really love and appreciate the difference this place has versus other shops. The environment is warm and welcoming and well lit lots of white and green colors versus that run of a mill dark black grimy vibe other shops seem to always have. The service and selection never disappoints and as someone who is not very knowledgeable about the current industry Mo took the time to really explain things without making me feel awkward.
