We stopped here on our way to a party and had a lovely experience with the super friendly and knowledgeable guy who helped us. It was a nice, clean and safe feeling shop. As a lady (ooh la la!) This review is something that I don't usually ever do unless I feel ABSOLUTELY blown away and feel like more people need to experience this!!! I have heard a lot of great things about this shop in Clairemont from all of of my friends, so I decided to go and check out on my trip down. I live in Santa Clarita and travel a lot for work and sometimes I run out of juice, or need new coils, or even just want to try new things. As soon as i walked in, I was acknowledged and greeted by Alex and surprised at how busy it was. While waiting, I listened in on him giving advice to a few new vape-es who knew nothing and just off that I knew that he was VERY knowledgeable and very honest with his advice. He did not try to upsell them on anything that they did not need and he tended to them and every other customer with one of the most superb customer services I have ever seen or witnessed. He was quick to help everyone else out in front of me, but didn't rush if that makes any sense. Alex definitely knows his shit and will help you out in what you NEED, not what he needs to sell like most of the other shops everywhere. I've been vaping for 8 years and have been to plenty of other shops where they have terrible customer service, make you feel like shit for even just asking about different products, and try to sell you on the more expensive products. I know you guys reading this have been to other shops like that but not this one. Alex is the real deal, seems like a great guy and is very very funny as well. Super chill dude who I believe deserves all of the clients from everywhere. This is the only shop i'll go to for the rest of my life. If you haven't been here, come here.
