The gal said it was an oversight and would be mailed out at the EOM August. We'll, here it is now September 12th and still no card. I called the office 2 days ago and talked to an answering service. She took my message and said she'd forward my concern. As of today, No one from this company has called me back to explain why I haven't been sent my $50 gift card. I just called the office again and the service again answered. I just hung up. I paid over $21,000 for the new roof so the $50 card is not the point. It's yet another company not following through on a promise they made. The $50 is peanuts.
