(Well, the review wasn't terrible, the customer service was. My review was stellar.) I am giving the company the benefit of the doubt and changing my rating to three stars, with the caveat that anybody looking to hire a local contractor these days needs to make bloody well sure they keep their promises and act as though you are a valuable client worthy of their best efforts. Today's company assurances aside, I ask myself why Sun Forest wouldn't have changed its name, thus distancing itself from the poor performance even they seem to admit. Color me still skeptical.
