I will never take my vehicle to Big O tires again here in Roosevelt from now on I use TJ's right next-door. Their mechanics are better trained. Their customer service is a lot better and they don't have a narcissist and woman beater named Stewart manary he thinks he's God's gift to mechanics when he doesn't know how to do the job correctly without looking it up on Google and he still can't do it right. at least TJ's tire shop mechanics know how to do their job without having to look it up on their phones. Stay away from this location (Roosevelt, Utah) and a mechanic named Stuart Manary! He thinks he's god gift to mechanics and yet can't even put hubcaps back on a vehicle properly! Mine fell off right after leaving this location after a simple tire change and service and it cost me $800 to buy new hubcaps!! Being a single mom at the time I couldn't afford this and I could only purchase them from the dealer! They're also expensive as no other so not only did I have to pay top dollar for crappy tires and wait for days to get the right size they messed up my vehicle and cost me another $800!!! Stuart Manary also had to google the problem with my vehicle and STILL COULDNT FIND THE ISSUE!! I had to take it to another mechanic who thankfully found the issue but it was so messed up at this point it was unrepairable!! So I had to get a new vehicle in the end!! After I paid them almost $2000 for the tires and service and $800 to replace the hubcaps! read more

My husband and I have been doing business with Big O tires for over 20 years! My husband had the tires rotated on my truck and i brought it back today to have it torqued. When I walked in the door there was one customer seated and no other customers in the store. Nobody acknowledged me, an employee was sitting behind the counter and did not even look up from her cell phone, the other employee saw me but did not acknowledge me, he went out the door after another customer, another employee came from the shop and at least made conversation, when the employee that went out the door after the other customer came back in, the other employee sitting there staring at the cell phone finally asked what I needed. Bullshit customer service! I cant think of one reason to come back to this business. Especially when there is a TJ Tires right next door. read more

I made appointment for new tires and waited nearly two hours for it to be complete. What is the point of making a appointment if it is going to take this long? I suppose, you get what you pay for. Went in for a tire rotation lug nuts on rear axle came loose breaking one wheel stud and one lug nut stripped I sent my wife in to get it fixed she texted me saying she was at big o in the bathroom crying cause they were so rude to her they charged her for new lug nuts, I will never return!!
