When I walked in the door there was one customer seated and no other customers in the store. Nobody acknowledged me, an employee was sitting behind the counter and did not even look up from her cell phone, the other employee saw me but did not acknowledge me, he went out the door after another customer, another employee came from the shop and at least made conversation, when the employee that went out the door after the other customer came back in, the other employee sitting there staring at the cell phone finally asked what I needed. Bullshit customer service! I cant think of one reason to come back to this business. Especially when there is a TJ Tires right next door.

Not to mention they were there rudest to my wife as I asked her to pick up the exhaust. The never gave me a price, a warning on cost, nothing. They just kept my part and told us that it will be $180.00 or nothing! I told them it is a $20.00 part and asked if there was something we could do? "Nope" and that was it. Stopped in for a 5 min fix and had my exhaust stolen. We will do everything we can to warn as many people as possible about this , do not go! He balanced the amazing array of services by speaking very quickly and clearly. He never got pushy as he presented options. He offered to polish my headlight lens as it was very faded. I was quite skeptical and he agreed to not charge me if I was not satisfied. I was very surprised and was happy to pay the $20 for the service. They have a 2 year warranty for that as well as the top off service. You may find a cheaper service but you won't find more professional service. That what will keep me coming back!
