But, what the heck, it's an oil-change shop, right? Well, you know what? You don't have to put up with that! And the Jiffy Lube in Sedalia showed me that. :) The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were pleasant and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The waiting room was clean and cozy with complimentary water and coffee. (This Jiffy Lube is attached to a BreakTime, so I opted to go next door and purchase a fountain drink.) Wait time was short and I was informed of what they did to my vehicle and why. I felt involved in my car's maintenance. The price was a little higher than what I pay from the greasy oil-change places, but the guys at Jiffy Lube performed extra services, such as washing the windows, vacuuming the floors and topping off fluids, which doesn't happen at the places I used to frequent. I loved the experience and I will be back in 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. :)

I recently took my 2014 SS Sedan in for some warranty work and I'd like to tell you a bit about the experience... First off... I worked with Peter in the service department for the Recall service my car needed, and the few other mechanical warranty concerns. He never batted an eye at my somewhat "perfectionist" requests. They stored my car inside at night as I requested, and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with how my baby was being treated. He even put me in a BRAND NEW (3 Miles!!) GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4 Wheel Drive as a loaner. Secondly... My car was left in the care of Justin at the body shop. Again... He kept me informed, and took excellent care of my baby the entire time it was there. The work performed was excellent quality, and again... They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. Finally... I had considered trading the car in after spending some time in their loaner truck... I worked with Daniel in sales. He was never pushy, worked an amazing deal, and always worked to make sure my questions or concerns were addressed. Even though we didn't end up closing a deal in the end... (I couldn't say goodbye to my car... That's the only reason!) I will absolutely be hitting Daniel up for any future purchases. You won't be disappointed with the entire WK family... They truly do go out of their way to make you feel like a part of their family.

Overall, I would rate this dealership a 4 out of 5 stars, and here is why: - Ryan and his team worked hard to get me approved for my 2022 Nissan Altima and did all they could due until I was approved for the vehicle and had insurance to take it home. After a long 4 hours with them being swamped, they still prioritized myself and my inquiry about the vehicle. - Although my first contact was regarding the 2021 Nissan Altima 2.5S, and I was approved and everything, the vehicle wasn't even on the lot which is one of the reasons I took part of the 5th star rating. - When I brought the vehicle home, I did notice that the left headlight and left bumper were inoperative, but things like that happen on vehicles and can often be overseen, especially if the vehicle is test drove mostly during daytime hours. This is an additional reason I took the 5th star. - Tons of engaging activities to keep your mind off how busy they are, and keep you entertained during the process. - Overall, the vehicle was clean, and they were able to get me a good deal on the vehicle with only 6k miles on it. When we made a claim for the warranty repairs Chevy said we were not covered. Now SMN will not cover the repairs. I have spoken with the current manager (Bron) (the one we had, Ryan, is gone now) and he refuses to honor the coverage we were told came with our purchase. This is NOT unreasonable to expect what we were told by their manager at the time of our purchase. So BEWARE they DO NOT do what they say. Please share with all your friends not to purchase a vehicle there until they have honored our warranty coverage! Bron told me "We will not cover anything, so you can get a lawyer".
