When we arrived and started signing the paperwork, we were suddenly told the special offer *did not apply to our truck*. Instead, they offered a $59.99 price, which quickly jumped to $80 after adding an extra quart of oil. The worst part was the customer service. When we questioned the price, the manager immediately responded with a rude and dismissive, *"You won't find it cheaper anywhere."* My husband explained that we regularly get it done cheaper in the Valley. Instead of listening or showing any professionalism, the manager walked off, came back, and told us we were "wrong" because he supposedly called a store in the Valley to prove it. That level of arrogance and disrespect is unbelievable. Rather than helping us or even trying to understand our concern, he doubled down on being combative. Who treats customers like that? My husband and I are extremely grateful for the staff at the Wickenburg location. We were on our way to Las Vegas when the "low tire pressure" sign came on. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff at Big O'Tires took the time to patch our tire that had a hole in it. Discount Tire in Kingman, AZ patched our front driver side tire a couple weeks ago and upon our travels from Phoenix to Las Vegas last night that wonderful patch work came undone and we were stranded in the middle of Highway 93. AAA was totally useless so we put slime in the tire and filled it up with the air compressor. I called this location since it was the closest and Chris was so very kind enough to stay after business hours until we arrived to redo the patch work the right way. Chris and the fella that did the actual patch work were amazing, professional and went above and beyond. That is what genuine good customer service is like! Traveling from Las Vegas to Oklahoma in our motorhome and had a flat on my Honda tow vehicle about 7 miles west of Wickenburg. I removed the tire and a local resident, TY stopped by to see if I was ok. Ty ended up taking me and my tire to Big O Tire in Wickenburg. What a blessing! If you need tire repair in my town in Oklahoma, it is an overnight thing. As a single woman, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Big O Tires here in Wickenburg, AZ! I was sure there was a problem with my minivan's alignment and they checked out my tires and discovered that they were too low, filled them up to the mfr specs, and didn't even charge me for it. Please pay attention to specs on torquing lugs. I now have to go buy an impact to get my wheels off. I brought my trailer in a week ago for tires and I need to service the bearings and can't get the lugs off with anything and only succeeded in stripping one. Thanks so much. Bryan helped me with My Toyota Prius, I had a blow out and a bad spare. I damaged my lug nut and wheel stud. They helped me get back on the road in no time. They told me they could repair a trailer tire by the end of the day. This was mid morning around 11 o'clock. They had it done by noon. I haven't ran it as it is a spare but it wasn't washed. It was still pretty dirty room was dirty, and they charged 27.38 for a simple flat repair that normally runs $10-$15 they commented on how quickly they got it done and yet it was still worth $25 in labor. I question that so even though they were prompt the two stars is because I feel they charged me two or three times. read more

Very disappointed with the service. I took 4 cart tires to be put on the rims. Quoted me 120.00. Exploded 1 of my tires so they lowered the price to 88 dollars. 2 of the remailing 3 tires were not seated on the rims. They claim that they put them on correctly. I ran over something metal on the road and blew out 2 tires a few miles north of Wickenburg. By the time the tow truck came and we were on our way, it was closing time at Big O. I made a frantic phone call to Chris, the owner, and he stayed open late for me so that I wouldn't be stranded for the night. I believe it was Tony, Brian and Chris who were working the night I had 2 tires blow out on 1/2/2018. AAA was going to send me down the road to where they did not even have the tires I needed. Brian and Chris both spoke to my sister to help coordinate my arrival. This team of fantastic and caring guys stayed after hours for the AAA driver to get me to this Big O Tires location where they changed out the tires I needed. Strike 1: I called them for two new 13" trailer tires for my glider trailer and was quoted $59.95 + tax mounted plus $10/tire for balancing! This is the 1st time a Big O store has ever charged me for balancing!!! Strike 2: The bill came to $177 and change! They tried to "slip me a mickey" for several extra charges(valve stems, disposal, warranty, etc!!). Finally, after noting I called them, they settled for $143 and change! Strike 3: The next day I decided to check the tire pressure with a professional quality "steam gauge" pressure device. Tires were rated for 50 lbs cold. One tire was reading 68 lbs and the other at 32 lbs! I had a mechanic check my work. Same thing! I was told at Big O the lug bolts were tightened to 100 lbs torque. After the tire pressure errors by Big O , I knew I should check the lug bolts. Well two strong men both working together could not use a standard 4 armed lug wrench to break them loose. We had to revert to a breaker bar with a 5' section of pipe to break it loose to a manageable torque. The only thing good I can say is that the staff were nice and friendly.. But in the end, their work was shoddy and poor quality. Luckily I loosened the bolts enough that if I do have a flat I will not be stuck in BF Egypt with no way to get them off! I would never recommend this place to someone. I have had small issues with them in the past but I bought my tires their a little over a year ago and noticed recently that my tire was leaking so I brought it in because minor fixes on my tires are free since I bought them their. They told me I had a nail in my tire but that they patched it up. When I noticed that it was still leaking I went to quick lane and to get it checked and they told me it wasn't patched up at all and the nail was still in there so they ended up patching it up for me and did it for free. read more

Went to Big O for two sets of tires on two different vehicles in the same week. The first vehicle, I had four Michelins installed at a good price. I was in and out in less than hour and they didn't try to sell me anything extra. I checked and they filled all four tires to exactly the recommended pressure of 30 PSI. Great job, no surprises. While waiting I heard them telling a woman who had her brakes checked that everything was okay and she didn't need to spend any money. How many times do you hear a shop saying those words? For the second vehicle I had a set of their house brand Aspen tires installed. Since this vehicle was eight years old I purchased new tire pressure monitoring sensors elsewhere and asked if they would install them. They said yes they would install and program them for $29, which I thought was fair. When the sensors are this old you can't replace the aging batteries so you must replace the sensor, not rebuild it which doesn't replace the battery. I waited a little over an hour and my vehicle was ready with no surprises. Again they didn't try to sell me any extra services and everything was done correctly. Over both of my visits I never heard them upselling services which is very rare these days. Based on the service I received and having absolutely no problems or needing to adjust air pressure on any of the tires after 30 days, I will return to this Big O store in the future. read more

It's hard to find a good tire shop let alone one that treats women with respect. Big O Tires in Wickenburg is the place you need to go. My daughter spent numerous stops in the Phoenix area looking for such a place to only be treated terribly as many repair shops do to women. After a call to Big O Tires in wickenburg I had her drive the 40 minutes for tires and she was pleasantly surprised with the respect given her. I live in Las Vegas and the shops over here aren't any better no matter your sex so while I was over visiting my daughter I called them to see if they had tires I needed for my Dodge Challenger. They needed to order them which they did and had them waiting the next day for me. I was in and out within an hour and extremely pleased with my treatment. Sometimes you need to go a bit out of your way to get the respect you deserve when buying or servicing your car. This is one place that is well worth the time. Other than sore muscles tomorrow and being shaken up, they were worried nobody would be open to help. A AAA rep was going to send them to a local tire shop down the road from Big O. That other tire shop was unfriendly and didn't offer any assistance in helping the situation other than by giving us the information of the Big O down the street. Chris and Brian at this Big O shop went above and beyond to help them. They, and the staff, stayed open after closing, so that by the time my sister reached them with the AAA tow, they would be able to switch out the tires and get them back on the road in no time at all. On our way to a long camping weekend we had a tire on our toy hauler separate 13 miles from Wickenburg. A quick spare tire change and we were off to find a tire shop. Big O was the first one we found. Once there, an inspection revealed another tire was about to separate as well. These tires had less than 1000 miles on them! A quick decision was made to replace all four tires for safety. Nate gave us a great deal on a set of four and we were on our way in about an hour. This placed seemed racist! The manager did not seem helpful! I passed through town and ran into a pile of rocks on the road! The incident blew out all my three tires and I was stranded for three days because of the holiday! Manager didn't seem helpful in understanding that I'm with my kids and family!
