After having a visit to a local John Deere dealer that left a lot to be desired I decided to check out some dealers in Phoenix. Being unimpressed with the new tonka toy versions I saw at JD, I also opened my options up to other manufacturers. After some extensive searching online I decided my choice in tractor would be a Kioti. I found Southwest Equipment on CraigsList and shot Sam a text. He was quick to reply, and after our exchange I found that this was my choice in tractor and dealer. I had some additional questions so I emailed the dealership. Sharon answered my email within minutes and we had an appointment set. It was a holiday weekend and they were planning to be out with family but they bent their plans to get us taken care of. Once we got home I had an issue getting my ROPS to fold down and fit through the door of my barn. I sent a text to Sam fully expecting to not hear anything until Monday, but within minutes I got a call back and Sam walked me through how to fix the issue. If you are looking for a tractor, implements, or a trailer I would highly recommend Sam and Sharon at Southwest Equipment. They certainly have earned our business from here on out.

Had a weight distribution and anti-sway tow system mounted to my trailer and tow vehicle…read more Excellent work, at slightly lower price than quoted, the work completed before the promised time. Paid the bill and drove away. On inspection, the work is done very well and free of defects. The technician who did the work explained the tow hitch to me and its use (I'm somewhat new to towing vehicles). What I'm NOT new to is having work done on my vehicles, and I like the job they did. I appreciate it when my vehicle is handled the same way employees treat their own vehicles. The only thing I didn't like was that the area where my vehicle needed to be maneuvered in was beyond my experience to do safely... but that's me. The parking lot and shop area is very tight quarters -- beyond my experience level -- and, frankly, with so many other trucks and trailers around, I'd rather not make a mistake and damage someone else's property. No complaints about the business -- its people, customer service, quality of work done, or price. I think they did a great job -- and I appreciate being given a parts list for items needed to do the work. The company recently changed ownership not long ago and I wish them all the best.

If you need it for your RV, they probably have it in stock, including fresh Dicor and roof coat. Shop clerk friendly and knowledgeable. Best assortment west of the big RV dealers in Surprise and east of the CA border.

I wish I could provide better feedback but can't! Purchased a horse trailer from a private seller…read morethat had brought the trailer in for repairs prior to my husband and I purchasing it. We had let the previous owner know we would purchase it once repairs were completed and the owner had let NRS know they we would be picking up the trailer for them once repairs were completed. NRS agreed to keep us in the loop as well has the owner but that didn't occur which if fine. What was the issue is the roof needed to be repaired in the trailer and NRS used dark gray roofing for that area when the rest is white, see pictures, but didn't inform the owner of that. Also, they had made a commitment to replace the awning but did not and we came to pick up they then informed us that they couldn't reach the supplier so they didn't do it. They didn't inform the owner of that as well. They also lost the spare and there was a complete headache getting it back. All in all, buyer be aware!! Lack of communication or follow through and poor customer service! Better off finding a different shop for repairs.
