From the very beginning they came to us with positive energy, listened to our wants, needs, concerns, goals and felt very heard and supported. Throughout this process, everything went so smoothly! We needed home repairs, landscaping done and some painting. For all of those they had people out within a couple of days and all of them were so professional and friendly! Together as a team everyone made what is usually a daunting experience, wonderful and low stress. From weekly calls/check-ins, to keeping us updated on current task schedules, viewings, working around my husband's work schedule, answering any and all questions or concerns promptly, and holding an open house that resulted in bringing in our buyer! Jay was an excellent agent who worked hard and fast at looking for homes for our family! He was professional, knowledgeable and on top of it! One thing I can say is that I appreciate his knowledge of new builds and his relationships with the builders in the area. If he had not shown them to us and reassured us when we had concerns, negotiated with the seller, we would not have ended up getting the home now that is perfect for our family. In the end we ran into one hick up (the only hick up) during this process with the solar company, and the whole team was on top of it and made everything happen so that we could close on time. Not a single time from our first call to close did we feel out of the loop, not supported, pressured into anything or unheard. This team is amazing and I will never stop recommending them!
