We came across Eric Hatch the same way a lot of you probably did--via a cold Google/Yelp search for realtors in the area. As such, we rolled the dice and, after a couple of brief phone calls, decided to let him take the reigns of our search. We had quite a wide geographical search area spanning multiple, multiple counties but Eric agreed to show us one listing I had found and earmarked and he went to the property ahead of time to take copious videos and walk-throughs which really made things easier for us. By the time we saw the place in the wood, we were already on-board and liked it enough to trust Eric with the rest of the process. Highlights of working with Eric that we appreciated the most: 1) this is a well-worn cliche but true nevertheless...attention to the details and minutae 2) not feeling any pressure via a "hard sell" approach. We've worked with myriad agents and brokers and have become allergic to the hovering, hand-holding, "over-narration" type who feel like they have to constantly talk during property tours to make sure we know how great or awesome ABC or XYZ is.
