From start to finish everyone was very professional, kept me informed, and provided excellent customer service. They answered all my questions when I had them and went above and beyond to make sure i was a satisfied customer. The quality of the work is amazing ( see photos) , it transformed my driveway and makes my house look gorgeous. Big Pavers did great work! The estimates were 100% accurate and the work was completed effectively and efficiently. Had good follow up contact from Sales and Installation. The installers arrived on time, installed properly and didn't leave a mess. Love the finished results and highly recommend for anyone interested in a Paver installation. We called Big Pavers for an estimate and they came out pretty responsively. The estimator stated we will receive it within the next day or by Saturday. However, after asking more than once where is the estimate and getting 'its not ready yet', they still have not given that estimate (a week later) and after such a delay, we went with someone else. The other bidders had an estimate back within 24 hours. So its not the difficulty of developing an estimate as the cause for the delay...we will never know if they actually perform a good job or not. They need some help in customer service/completing paperwork. read more

So...I chose this company based on reviews. I am convinced they are all fake. I will admit, the salesman was very responsive and I was happy he took time to meet and make me feel comfortable they could do what I wanted. I signed the agreement and looked forward to their installation. The day before they delivered my pavers, I was told they would be here at 9 am, they arrived at 6 pm. The man they sent spoke only Portuguese and wanted to dump the dumpster with the pavers and product in the street. Fortunately, my partner speaks a little Spanish, and he put it in the driveway. I emailed the business and asked to please send someone who speaks English in the morning. The first crew spoke no English and had no clue what to do. We sent them away. I finally found a phone number that someone answered. They sent another team who spoke broken English hours later. That team was good at labor but lacked any sense of design. I put that on me, I should have been more proactive, but I really wanted things to end. They broke outdoor lights, flooded my front porch and left me with a huge mess. Next day I asked when the dumpster would be removed...no responce.They have zero customer service and few people who speak any English. We ended up acid washing ourselves and doing a final clean up. Someone, again who spoke little English, showed up at 5:30, 2 days later to do what we already did. I don't get the people who rave about this business. I can say I did not have the same experience. read more

They came to my house to take measurements of our driveway and never send us a quote. Called them multiple times to asked them about the quote and never responded. Be a little more profesional and don't make me waste my time. Call people back who make arrangements to try to spend money with you!! read more

BigPavers were fantastic, they worked with us every step of the way to make sure our project turned out great. This was a large job (2600 sq ft of pavers) and encompassed a large patio, over 90 feet of walkways, a fire pit and gazebo area. The had a crew onsite for 4 days morning to evening and finished the job in that time. I have never been so impressed with a contractor. We are looking at adding an outdoor kitchen and they would be our go to contractor. read more

We hired Ed and his crew to install a new driveway, a driveway extension and also our 2 walkways. I spoke with several contractors but was most impressed with Ed's friendly demeanor, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond in helping us pick the right pavers for us. When we bought the house the driveway was all busted up so we were excited to finally get it done. I am so glad we chose Big Pavers, I can't say enough how great a job his crew did. It took them 2 days to do the job, his crew Luis, Jairo, Efrain and Glauber were very professional, courteous and my husband and I were amazed at their work ethic. I was very pleased with their attention to detail, and they were open to all my questions and any requests I brought to them. Ed pulled the permit and even helped us get a survey quickly to avoid any delays with the schedule and they actually started the excavation a day earlier so we would be assured it was complete before the 4th of July holiday. They went above and beyond in so many ways. My neighbor even got an estimate from them as well. I appreciate all these guys did and if we ever have to do any more pavers, I will be calling Big Pavers for sure. I definitely recommend these guys! read more

Ed was at a neighbors house giving them a quote for some work. I asked him to stop by and quote some work for me. Took measurements, name, address, phone and email. That was a couple weeks ago. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. If you do not want my business just say so, do not simply ignore me. Guess we are off to the competition. read more
