After agreeing to move everything over, I went through the policy and found they had undercut my homeowners policy by almost $400,000 and my custom built home was changed to "basic ". Now I want to switch back to USAA or go to someone else and because I've only been with Allstate for a few months most insurance companies won't take me now. Advance Insurance started ignoring my calls and texts and renewed my policies. After multiple attempts to get ahold of someone at the company, I finally succeeded and was able to cancel the policies, but I wasn't refunded the total policy amount. I should have been because I didn't approve the renewals (and I'd gotten policies through a different company, so I didn't need the unapproved policies).
