USAA had raised my premiums several times and become much less responsive and customer focused than it had been. Bryant's proposal for similar integrated insurance coverage saved me just over $2,000/year, which by itself was GREAT!!!! Over the past couple of years, I've reached out to him and his team several times. They have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and very capable in addressing all of my concerns and resolving any issues. (Sadly, I am not the easiest person to serve) Last month my car was hit by a US Foods semi parked in the middle of the turn lanes in downtown Provo. Apparently the driver did not see my car beside him (in the driving lane), and he pulled into it when the light turned green in front of my car.
