I've been newly introduced to this company and I was really glad what I experienced. I think a lot of people who have poor experiences was from a couple years ago and a lot may have changed. I also find that people may fault a local business for what a warranty or third party may be the original source of frustration. Give Smith's a try yourself before coming to a decision. Crap service, had three women sitting around that wouldn't give my wife the time of day, guess there crap jobs had more important things to talk about. I was looking at trading mine in and I will never even look at them ever again. DON'T go there for anything...they don't care at all about the customer.. wish there was a less than one. We based our decision on that estimate to buy the boat and trailer as a package. After the fact they delivered the boat but not the trailer. Then wanted us to pay extra money to have the proper trailer that fits the boat. They insisted they would not bring in the trailer unless we pay them another two grand. I felt like I was being embezzled . don't deal with these people. I don't know if they tried to get us to buy the boat by under estimating and then trying to get more money from us They even admitted to us it was their mistake but would not come good for the trailer. Avoid this place at all costs. Very bad business ethics

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I had my old 5th wheel rails installed on my new truck at Woody's. I paid for…read morethe brackets, for the cutting of liner, the bolt kit plus the installation. They only put 1 bolt at each end of each rail. I complained and they said that was right. I then took to 2 other dealers and both said it wasn't done properly. I went back to Woody's and the owner wouldn't talk to me or even return my phone calls. I've been there 2 more times and they conveniently aren't there. I just wanted it done properly and safely. They should at least give some money back so i can get it done properly somewhere else. Their web site says " We guarantee our work" Don't believe it and DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
