Not only did my friend, the bride, have to get up extra early to decorate the day of the wedding because the place decided to double-book on the night of the reception, I left a bag containing very important items in the hall. They turned up missing and no one seemed to have a clue where they would have gone. After leaving a message inquiring about my bag, the director called back and got really crappy with me. So, not only is this place terrible at planning for events (no bride needs the extra stress they caused) but their customer service is TERRIBLE! We will definitely not be using this place in the future and I will warn anyone who thinks it would be a good place to not even think about booking it.
