That all changed earlier today when our designer friend who has been helping us contacted them. A manager spoke to her and, to make a long story short, told her that we were taking up too much of their time and that they were dropping us as a customer. I'm not sure what all was said but it LEFT HER IN TEARS. I understand that it's a pain getting everything in line with what insurance will cover in a situation like this but that is no way to treat a customer or a person in general.
