No greeting, no hello, no "can I help you" as we shopped. My daughter found a sweatshirt, tried it on and went to pay. Clerk could not get the safety tag off. It took 10 minutes. No apology, thanks for your patience, etc. Once tag was removed she rang up the sale. Didn't give my daughter the total. My daughter paid and realized she was charged full price. Told the clerk the piece was on sale (which was clearly marked on the tag). No apology or recognition of a mistake. Great selection of clothing, however. If service would have been better I would have considered trying on more clothes. We will not return. Very disappointing.

I looked around a bit more; while doing so the same Associate did ask if I needed a room so I handed my items to her. When I was ready to try on I had no clue where the items were so I again asked the same girl she grabbed my items off the rack put them in a room and walked away. At this point I didn't feel much like trying anything on as all the excitement I had walking up to the store was completely gone and I was strongly regretting my decision to waste my gas and time being there. They are also very helpful while shopping. They take the clothes from you immediately and start you a fitting room. While you are in the fitting room, they check back frequently, so that you don't have to go grab different sizes, they do this for you. They always tell me about the newest sales. On a particular occasion, knowing I was in a hurry, the saleswoman opened up another register to ring me through so that I wouldn't be late for my movie. This is great customer service!
