The manager was one of the rudest people I have encountered. I have been doing business for many years and this is the worst experience. Their prices jumped from $250 last year to prepare a return to $700 to prepare the same type of return. I understand inflation but this is ridiculous. I told them to hold off on filing it as I had to discuss with my partners. When I called back to make adjustments to the return, I was told that I could take my business elsewhere. If I could give Negative stars then I would. If the ownership reads this review please consider having different management. Preferably one who could handle your customers with a better attitude.

After paying $358 for 40mins ot hearing them talk. 3rd issue was they lost one of my daughters w2s. They say they didnt have it, but I'm 100% sure it was in the drop off envelope. 4th issue I was hung up on when I was told I was being put on hold.
