I've been mediating for many years. Countless sessions supporting marital, elder, family and workplace conflicts and disputes. It all comes down to people. I have extensive experience in the government sector, corporate spaces, and especially in working with couples and families. Mediators bring immense value in helping stalled negotiations and in rebuilding fractured relationships (at work or at home). Individual coaching with a trained and Listed professional mediator (me) can help people understand why and how they engage in conflicts. People get help defining their positions and interests. Often, people just need a neutral third person to help them sort issues so they can move forward.

I provide mediation services wherever and whenever you need it. As a decorated Veteran I am very comfortable in high conflict situations. Mediation is usually faster, cheaper and less stressful than litigation. I am not an Attorney and function as an omnipartial neutral (pulling for both sides to figure out where their interests lie instead just hearing what their positions are. I don't solve or decide things. I help people move forward when they are stuck. I can coach an indiviual or work with parties in conflict. A family crisis fracturing relationships. Mediation can mend and often strengthen these tensions. We'll work hard on the problems and be soft on the people.
