Drew came around 4:00 PM, apologized and explained he didn't have his phone and the office couldn't contact him. He was extremely nice and professional and couldnt' apologize enough. As a fellow local business owner, I am incredibly empathetic to staffing shortages and heavy workloads, but my experience with them was completely disrespectful.My experience began with their secretary, JJ, booking our initial meeting on the wrong date. I rearranged my own business schedule to meet with the owner, Drew, only for his office to mess up the calendar and leave me waiting for two hours. I tried calling during the wait and left messages stating I would have to leave to go back to work. When I called the next day to find out what happened, Drew actually insinuated that I was the one overreacting.Despite the rocky start, he offered to meet with me right away, which I was thankful for. We had a great conversation about future plans and the shared challenges of running a family business. I was relieved and hopeful that we were off to a fresh start. He promised a design in two weeks, and exactly two weeks later, JJ confirmed over the phone that Drew had the plan ready. That was the last time I ever heard from them.For over two months, I have called once a week. Every single week, I was promised a return call, and not once did anyone follow through. They have completely ghosted me, ignored my business, and effectively kept my personal project plans. Running a business is hard, but ghosting a client for months while stringing them along and promising callbacks is flat-out unprofessional. Save your time and find a professional who actually values your business and your time.

Kyle is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as I was pretty specific in what I was looking for. Soil conditions are clay where I live and very sunny most of the day. Perennials are not always hardy with those conditions. Prices were very reasonable and I chose two when we were here a few months ago. Both are thriving and blossoming in my garden. Brought my mother here recently to have a pre-Mother's Day shopping trip & was pretty immediately…read moreastonished when I walked in the door and saw the inventory available - as well as organization of the store, decorations, and gardening tools/supplies. I also found the prices to be really reasonable, especially for some of the more uncommon offerings. I found some fairly unique succulents that were priced in the $3.99 - $6.99 range. A friend of mine had also asked me to look out for Thai Constellation Monsteras (becoming less and less rare, as it's the new "fad plant", but still), and I found a couple different sizes... all seemingly in proportional cost to what you'd fine at a big box store, but of higher quality. My mother ended up finding a pretty sizable hibiscus plant that perfectly reasonable in cost as well... and she stocked up on plenty of veggie & herb plants, including some heirloom tomato varieties that are hard to find. All their items are in really wonderful condition - nothing browning/crispy/dying, and I don't think I saw a pest (fungus gnat, etc) or anything the entire time I was in the store. Honestly, everything in the store just appears lovingly cared for. I'll definitely be back on my own, and my mother even said we should make it an annual tradition to visit here before Mother's Day and stock up on plants. Sign me up!
