He asked to see my phone and brought up the Mobile Link App to see the Generator, said that I had 10 yr warranty on parts labor and travel so I could scglhedule a service that would be covered under warranty. He also stated that there were two known issues with generac on wifi connections, one being faulty wifi card and the other was fixed with a firmware update. when the service tech arrived he was unable to connect to my wifi. the card would not even try. He unplugged the card waiting 5 min then plugged it back in, in other words did a hard reset. then the card attempted and after two attempts connected to the internet. when the tech connected Mobile Link and explained this and requested a warranty replacement, Generac denied to cover the card saying it connected its not bad. I was told to contact Mobile link as a customer and the representative I spoke to had an issue with having to reboot the card and said she could mail me out a new card, but she could not override the previous persons decision to not warranty the card so I would have to install it myself or pay to have it installed. the next day I recieved a bill from Rocky Mountain Power Systems for $509.00, for a service call that they said would be covered under my warranty. they didn't say might be covered, they said would be covered. that is bad business ethics and they take advantage of their customers. I wish I could leave a better review, but at the present time I cannot. I called the office and voiced my concerns and was told they would past my concern to the appropriate people, someone will be getting back to you. No one has gotten back to me and nothing has been corrected, they do still send me a bill.

I…read morerealize I shouldn't have paid him prior to the service being done, but I did this in good faith. He ended up plowing the wrong address. He told me it would be done "before my eyes opened in the morning". Well it wasn't. I texted him when I woke up and got no response. I called twice, no answer. I messaged someone on his Facebook page who told me they were trying to get ahold of their driver. I had no further communication from this person. I texted him again and he told me he was having vehicle troubles. He avoided me with excuses like this for 3 days straight after telling me he'd be giving me cash back because, for some reason, he couldn't just Cash App it back to me. At first he said I could get refunded with a Walgreens gift card! This company STILL owes me my money back! I realize some people have had great service by these guys, but I am NOT one of them!! Swindlers!
