When I asked for examples of outfits parents usually wear, they provided me with pictures to help me decide. The set was beautiful and they were very efficient in getting some great shots of my son. They were engaging and very patient with my son. They also provide the cake, which we liked because it was quick and easy. However if you are looking for a highly professional looking cake, you should order one from a cake shop. They also provided my proofs and the 10x10 collage very quickly. Two things I would have liked changed: 1) more family photos to choose from. I was so distracted trying to keep my son still during the family shots that I wasn't ready during the quick shots taken and...let's just say they were not my most flattering. 2) clearer instruction on the main website of where the exact location was. we were late to the session because we were trying to find the building off of dufferin st, as stated. However the entrance in actually through a lane way in a back Parking lot and then you still have to find the suite inside the building which was also tricky. Some signs inside the building would have been helpful as well. There also isn't much parking near by so we had to park on a side street. I would recommend giving yourself at least 20 min of extra time to find parking and the place. Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with the proofs. Rental items were ordered 6 months ahead in the actual store,…read more Some changes were made during that time. I wrote everything down at home just to make sure. On the day of the event the wrong tent was sent and they had to get something else. Not enough chairs were sent plus not all the table covers were there. Also wine and water glasses were even sent or written down on there invoice. I did confirm everything before the event but still things were not done correctly. We had to go personally ourselves in order to fix the problem. When it came time to pick everything up that was done promptly.

It was very gracious of Gwen and Don to interrupt their Christmas Day to cook us a delicious home…read morecooked traditional Christmas dinner and deliver it to my father's long term care facility so our family of 20 could enjoy Christmas dinner together with my father.  Everyone commented on how good the food looked and tasted - we were very pleased.  It was also delivered and set up on schedule and stayed very hot with their heating trays.  We will definitely use their services again for any future events that need catering. Being able to attend the open house in Cambridge gave me a glimpse of their other location and a taste of the extended menu options. I expected nothing more other than the "wow" factor the moment I walked in. The venue is gorgeous, as I had expected. Step into a dreamy fairytale. The venue is divided into 3 sections I found, with a small mingling area at the front as soon as you enter, a beautiful door that opens into the main hall with tables, decor and cutlery on theme with the vibe of the place. The third section is the restaurant with so many buffet options. I love that they offer international cuisines for their menu options, varying from the classics such as tandoori chicken and biryani, to options like shawarma, Ramen, live cooking (kebabs, etc), tacos and so much more. For drinks, I tried several juices and teas. I loved the kheer for dessert and the chocolate fountain. The appetizer selection was also great. Personally I'd love to book this space for any milestone event such as a wedding, engagement, shower, etc. It's a stunning place that would be perfect for any memorable event. Upstairs, they also have a place for kids and a prayer space which is great. Washroom was also clean. Venue is located in a plaza with ample parking space.
