Food is seriously overpriced, too. Most of the staff were helpful and happy to be there but a few try to spoil things - if I may relate an example: Cast members who are naturally inclined to be sociable should not be further stunted - but management at this location appear to take undue exception when adult staff are treated like human beings. Keep in mind we are talking about learning a few names and not more than 3-4 conversations total during a span of 2 months? And imaginings about incidental contact? Management at other locations in the GTA seemed mature enough to appreciate such routine interactions. But at this location, some definite overreaction by some of the more off-brand, lower-energy managers - Santhoshi was one manager observed misbehaving in this manner but even Kelly was misinforming customers on multiple occasions, even ganging up to do so together. Will head office turn a blind eye to such shenanigans? We are bringing our kids here to have fun, not to put up with petty politics we get enough of at the office...

They have little different rooms like a grocery store, dress up room, kitchen, construction, and more. Besides the interactive rooms, they have a play structure with slides. My daughter loved Kidz at Play. Perhaps her next birthday party can be here as they have a couple of party rooms available to book.

When I arrived all of my decorations were set up in the room, and the staff took all of the decorations out of the room and packed them up for us in the last 10 minutes of the party. I have never experienced this level of service at a play place before. The room and the facility are immaculate. All of the parents at the party were raving about how clean and well maintained the play structure and all of the toys were. Every parent at the party said they would return with their children at another time. I especially like the structure of payment for birthday parties. Usually the packages include a certain number of children and a certain number of adults. Kidz at play just counts the number of people, which is amazing! The staff gave us a wonderful recommendation for a Bluey character. The owners helped Bluey walk through the party, played the Bluey theme song during lunch, and brought Bluey out to the play structure for some other photo opportunities with the kids. They went above and beyond! One of the owners, Shaun, was in constant communication through text with me leading up the party. The attention to customer service and satisfaction is truly unmatched. I will continue to recommend Kidz at Play to my friends and family, and we will continue to return for indoor play and our children's birthday parties.

So my kids wanted to go some place new and I found this indoor playground on yelp. What surprised…read moreme is that alone in maybe a 200m radius they have 4 indoor playgrounds this one included. There must be a high demand in this area. I reviewed the other 3 places and today I am reviewing this one. We walked in there right at opening time ( 10am ) and for almost the entire first hour we had the entire place to ourselves. The staff behind the counter was very friendly, you pay cash or debit. They don't accept credit cards. I was surprised at how big the place was, it has two big rooms that are connect by a double door size opening. In the one are you have a playground structure with a trampoline, climbing wall and a toddler area. The other room has a jumping castle, inflatable slide and again a toddler / baby area. Before you reach the play area you have a very decent size party / snack room with rows of tables and chairs. You can see wear and tear on a lot of equipment but it's overall very clean, bathrooms are also very clean. They have two air hockey tables which are gonna cost you $1.- per game which is a first that I have seen at indoor playground. Usually they offer them for free. They have a small Train & Car Table with no cars, when I went to ask if they have any cars or trains for the table. Staff stated that I need to give her a $10 deposit or my driver license which I did. Now like I said, today it wasn't busy but I can imagine that when it get's busy you are gonna have to watch those cars and trains like a hawk if you want your $10.- back :) The one thing that bothered me most is that Adults were not allowed on the big play structure. Not that I wanted to go have fun on them but I couldn't help out my toddler. She was struggling to get up to the very first slide. So eventually she just gave up and abandoned that hole area. I mean I know these structures can handle adults from all the other indoor playgrounds that do allow adults on them. Your just not allowed on the taller tube slides or jumping castles. Anyway, I think I will definitely come back here, my kids had lots of fun.

We were rushed out 15 min early with them coming in and spraying the tables with mr clean and taking away plates. Also. I see no reason why a paid rental playground should have coin operated motorized wheels and an air hockey table. We are already paying hundreds and this is nickle and diming Some of the safety foam on the structures was worn out and there was quite a bit of dust on the equipment. Would not book again or recommend. However If invited. I would attend at this location. Many other sites wih better facilities and service.

Kids makes a big mess, but it seems the owners don't care as empty boxes, newspaper and other items are just scattered everywhere. Absolutely messy. The stuffed animal is basically just stuffing an empty animal with stuffing. Not fun, I did it while my son watched as it did not interest him. Afterwards, he wanted to paint one of those cool overpriced porcelain statues. I purchased one, and my son painted it. They would cook it in the oven which gives it a nice glow to it but I had to pick it up after 7 days. She mentioned she would call me, but I never received a phone call. After several weeks, I decided to drop by to pick up my son's painted statue. Due to the mess, the lady looked all over the place and could not find it. Later she mentioned that another customer probably took it. She told me she would give me a call if it comes up or to let me know that I would be given a free statue to repaint. I did not receive the call. I would say this place is a rip off, and you would think its a figurative speech, but literally, I was ripped off. The statue my son painted was deliberately taken it seems as I was not called once by this lady to either pick up my son's statue or get a new one.

Newly opened late Dec 2024, this facility is great for the under 8 crowd I'd say…read more 3 levels of indoor playground fun, with small bites and party rooms available. Clean, well kept restrooms and a little kid area as well. Lots of free parking available in shared strip mall parking lot. Wish the flow of front entrance area was a little better as we got our feet wet coming from shoe and jacket area after signing in. Also, if you are going to enforce no outside food and drink policy they need to do a better job at enforcing. Saw parents feeding kids outside food, which Im okay with, but saw the kids allowed to eat their food inside the play area outside of the eating area, coming down slides etc. Then kids allowed yo play without socks , barefoot, when they provide grip socks for all kids. If they are a bit more strict with enforcement, that would be great. Also, couldn't find recycling bins? 2 hr slots are great, but also limiting. When you have a single kiosk to sign in, consider a 2 hr window in a 2.5 slot id say, or else ppl lose 10-15 mins waiting to sign in. Maybe offering longer options or more flex something to consider but love the idea of clean down every 2 hours.or throughout the day. Great policy. Note this is a not a nut-free facility, they serve nutella crepes and cook non nutella creoes on same surface as the nutelle.one so just FYI if you have allergies. We had a cheese crepe, ironically it did not come with egg, even though the menu lists it that way. It was tasty and kiddo approved, but a bit pricey (12.99) for what it was and considering a waffle was 3.99. We went 2 months after opening and place waa pristene, staff super friendly.
