He quoted me a price and 2 days later I emailed him the approval to do the job. I have spoken to him a couple more times since asking if he is coming and he always has said yes, "today or tomorrow". That was more than a month ago. If you don't want a job, don't accept it. Let the consumer continue shopping. Now, my time has been wasted.

They have recently added another employee and Jennifer is very efficient and does a great job with a smile. I try to come in during the slower time periods (avoid lunch, 3PM, and 4:30-6:00PM) . Prices are reasonable and being able to handle UPS and USPS in one stop is a time saver.

I told her I didn't have time to come back in two hours that it was a package I needed now. She told me they had 20 packages to go through - 20! And that I would just have to wait. So I did they were not that busy the package was right underneath her nose and she was so rude when five minutes later she gave me the package. I would never use this location for anything other than picking up packages. I would not use their ancillary services whatsoever! Never been treated this rudely by anyone at FedEx Office.

They packed it and I insured it for $3500. UPS dropped it in transit and crushed the motor head. Imtra declared it unfixiable. UPS declined my claim against the insurance because they said the packing was insufficient. Your Printing Now declined the claim because UPS dropped the package. What good is insurance? Your Printing Now claims to be an agent of UPS. In the future I will take my expensive mailings directly to the UPS store so finger pointing is eliminated. John E.
