Dina's Family Daycare is so much more than just a daycare -- it's a warm, structured, and nurturing…read moreplace where kids truly grow and thrive. Dina doesn't just care for the children's day-to-day needs; she helps prepare them for the next stages of life, from preschool to kindergarten and beyond. We've had all three of our children in Dina's care over the years, and choosing her daycare was honestly one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the very beginning, Dina created an environment where our kids felt safe, loved, and excited to learn every day. Her routines are consistent and thoughtful -- from meals and naps to playtime and learning activities -- and she gives each child the attention they need to succeed. Thanks to her patient teaching and creative projects, our kids learned so much -- recognizing letters, numbers, shapes, and colors -- and even started writing their names by age three. By the time they moved on to kindergarten, they were confident, curious, and more than ready both academically and socially. Dina's home is always welcoming, filled with fun learning materials and toys that spark curiosity and independence. She's great about keeping parents informed and is always honest and open in her communication, which made us feel completely at ease. Dina is more than a caregiver-she's like a second mom. She truly loves and supports each child as if they were her own. She, along with Miss Rene, Kara, Big Karey, and Karey Michael, have built such a loving community where kids learn kindness, confidence, and compassion. We'll truly miss Dina and her amazing team. Our family is forever grateful for the care, love, and strong foundation she's given our children and the positive impact she's had on our lives. With her years of experience, what our kids gained from their time with her is absolutely priceless. We will miss our daycare family!

The environment was fun and felt safe for our little one. It was definitely hard to send our him off but we knew he would be in excellent care. We love Dina and our little one does too. Its been over 2 years and he has learned so much which is preparing him for kindergarten this fall (2025). Thank you Dina and Ms Renee for all you do for these kids.

That first meeting really stuck with me, and it made me feel good about choosing L&P Montessori for my son. Ms. Norma, Ms. Karima, and Ms. Ava have been amazing. They go out of their way to make every child feel comfortable and cared for. My son can be a handful; he's energetic, can be wild at times, and is very selective about the people. They have been nothing but patient and kind with him. I want to comment about Ms. Jackie because I recently saw a negative review about her, and it made me really sad to see what was written about her. It's tough to see something like that written about someone, knowing that words like those can really hurt a person's character and reputation. I've never seen any of the behaviors mentioned in the negative review but only kindness from Ms. Jackie, even the times I would drop off my son and didn't know I was there. She's always sweet and patient, especially with kids who are having a rough morning. My son is talkative and not afraid to speak his mind if something's wrong. If there was ever anything off, my son would be the first to tell me if Ms. Jackie was not nice. Even in the older kids' classrooms, the staff and teachers are friendly, nice, and acknowledges you during drop off/pick-ups. It's a place where I know my son is safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I'm so glad we found Learn and Play Montessori.

When he started, he wouldn't let go of my hand at drop-off. By the end, he was running through the door before I could finish saying goodbye. That change didn't happen by accident. Flores Academy provides a welcoming and safe space for our child to learn through a variety of ways in both English and in Spanish. Each month has a theme with updated curriculum every week. Not only do we hear from the teachers about what they are instructing the class on, but our daughter comes home excited to show us her art project(s) or dance/exercise/stretch moves. The team is great with updates and answering any questions. They provide meals for the children and even support the potty training process. Thanks to her care, my daughter adjusted smoothly and even met her best friend there, who is now in the same TK class with her! My younger daughter is currently enrolled and started when she was about 10 months old. She'll be turning 2 in April, and it amazes us how much she learns and grows every day. She comes home showing us new things, has so much fun, loves her teachers, and genuinely gets excited when we're on our way to school. Karen does an amazing job with communication. She sends out a monthly newsletter and curriculum at the beginning of each month, and we always know what the kids are learning and working on. The consistency, care, and attention they provide truly make this place special. We're so grateful to have found a daycare where our children feel happy, safe, and loved.

My child attended from 18 months to 4 years old. I was incredibly apprehensive about starting due to separation anxiety, but they made him feel completely comfortable from day one.In addition to sending daily pictures and providing excellent communication, they truly support your child's growth. My kid is high energy and super active. Cecy met his energy with her own high energy--I truly don't know how she does it all! The learning program is fantastic. She met him exactly where he was at and used interactive games to teach. He was fully ready for TK when he left. They also do weekly library and park trips, plus walking trips to see the neighborhood. What makes Tiny Footprints truly special is the family atmosphere. All the kids become part of Cecy's family. The group of families is so tight-knit that they do playdates and movie nights on their own outside of school and "alumni" visit long after attending. Cecy also offers movie nights for the kids, after-hours care for date nights, and she even kept my son when I had a week-long work trip. We just moved away from the Bay Area last week, and leaving TF was so incredibly hard. We miss them so much already! This review is long overdue…read more.. We have been taking our kids to Eva's since they were toddlers until they were ready for preschool. Eva has always kept her place and toys extra clean. Since the pandemic, she's been thorough with taking the kids temperature and making sure the kids wash their hands; none of that harsh hand sanitizer that damages your child's sensitive skin. Likewise, she also takes extra precautions in her daily life to minimize her exposure. Keeping herself healthy makes her a reliable caregiver. Eva is also very caring and patient with the kids; it's almost like having a third grandmother. Even though my oldest is in elementary and youngest is in preschool, the kids still ask to go to Eva's during school and summer breaks. Eva makes sure the kids do their workbooks or homework that we provide and provides them with plenty of arts and crafts to work on. And now that they're older, she's even offered to cook them lunch and provide snacks; one less task for me. In fact, my daughter raves about Eva's fried rice. She says Eva's fried rice is the best. After some pause, she adds mine is second best; smart girl. Hehe. We still will be sending our kids to Eva's as long as she'll have us.
