However, now the majority of the lower school special teachers, who were very talented, left the school. This ranges from trivial matters like outdoor activity times to critical aspects of our children's academic and social-emotional experiences. It's been disheartening to untangle these inconsistencies as a parent community. *Educational Quality: When it comes to academics, the school unfortunately falls short compared to other independent institutions. Despite claims of offering differentiated learning, the reality doesn't match up. Socially, All Saints is incredibly tight-knit for both families and children. After missing 3-4 mos of school he felt lost both academically and socially and didn't want to go to school. The public school would not consider allowing him to repeat the grade. Private schools in our area are impacted and competitive to even get into. I was at a loss until my aunt in Monterey told me about Trinity Christian High School. From the first phone call explaining our situation, to shadow day, to interview, and starting a new school around April - it was all amazing and beyond my expectation. Most importantly my son snapped out of his depressed mood after one shadow day and has been going to school happily for the past year.
