He told me the part needed to be ordered and he'd let me know how long it was going to be when he received the part. Jeff kept in constant contact with me and did an AWESOME job on my computer. When this problem was going on I had my Mom in the hospital. I was there each day til 8:00 p.m. and when Jeff was finished fixing my computer he brought it to me at the hospital which I thought was amazing. And he didn't charge me extra for bringing it to me. I paid him an extra $10 dollars for doing that and it was worth every penny. There just isn't many stores like this around anymore....if I could give 10 stars I would have. P.S.
