Almost two years ago, I joined Bizrate to complete market-research surveys in exchange for points that I could redeem for gift cards. My welcome email explained that 1,000 points equals $1, and after I had earned 5,000 points, then I could redeem them for a $5 gift card. For a while, I received emails that invited me to complete surveys. However, I eventually realized that I was spending much time on the surveys and not earning many points. Therefore, I stopped doing the surveys. I prefer to use a different survey company to earn gift cards.

And when I told them to remove the charge they gave me the run around saying I will get 2 free months and then a refund, just a delaying tactic. My credit card company resolved the problem and provided a refund very quickly based on the information I provided them.
