Both parties discuss job scope of work in detail, Walter quotes job requiring a 50% down payment, the customer pays 50% down and schedules the date, the day before job Walter returns and argues that the agreed scope of work will be double the agreed amount (price increase based on no SOW change), customer no longer agrees (other much cheaper quotes for the same SOW so I cannot agree to this contactor price increase), Walter refuses to refund the 50% down payment saying that it is a "customer cancellation". In reality, it was extortion. Walter has still never refunded my money in full. This is pure contractor theft. Don't trust this company...

As you can see from my pictures, the crabgrass is nearly gone !!! I have a few clumps here and there but what a difference !!! The weed treatments were a week apart. The feed treatment is every six weeks. They started out with one of each, then a week later they did the second weed treatment. My feed treatment is four weeks away. So far I'm very well pleased and will continue using their service. Keeping them at 5 Stars !!!
