Our driver was waiting for us with a sign before we got to baggage claim and helped get us manage everything, even the stroller. The car was nice and cool and he even had cold water for us. Was very disappointed as the heater was completely non working and the windows in the limo were fogged the entire time which made it very difficult to view any Christmas lights. The driver was nice and apologetic, at least. I sent a message to the owner the next day expressing my concerns and got zero response. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other limo companies in Wichita they offer better service and fully functioning vehicles.
