With life happening and my work hours being very similar to their pick-up hours, I figured I would see if it was possible to pay to have it shipped to me. I emailed them YESTERDAY and received a very prompt response that, yes it was possible and they would send it right out. I was provided my tracking number and TODAY, a little over 24 hours later, my jacket was delivered. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!

The Word version that they created was completely useless because it's low resolution and prints fuzzy looking. They then attempted to fix the problem by creating a PDF version of the Word document the I wanted to get printed. The PDF version was missing footers on all but one page. They refused to take responsibility by reimbursing me the over $200 I lost getting copies made that I have to throw away because of the missing footers. Then they wasted my time sending me more Word versions of company letterhead that were unusable because of low resolution. My company lost a great deal of time and money because of their unprofessional, shoddy work. I would not recommend them for anything. Stay away!!!

Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline!
