With life happening and my work hours being very similar to their pick-up hours, I figured I would see if it was possible to pay to have it shipped to me. I emailed them YESTERDAY and received a very prompt response that, yes it was possible and they would send it right out. I was provided my tracking number and TODAY, a little over 24 hours later, my jacket was delivered. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!

I finally came across Do U Customs officers n my search, and I was not disappointed. When I told Stacy what I wanted, she disn't bat an eye. She simply asked for the image to be put on a thumb drive, and she would have no issues putting the design on my baseball cap. Stacy did a fantastic job recreating the hat for me. It was done the same day, and the price was more than reasonable. And she's very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this shop for any embroidery projects you need done. I plan on coming back to this shop for any hats I need embroidered.

He assured me he had a kit to work on my generator. I purchased the kit and hose over the phone and when it arrived I installed it. It wouldn't run the generator. After calling him he blamed my gas connection or gas service. But I had already gone over what I had and he said it would be fine. Gas company came out and verified everything was fine. I redid some gas pipe of the meter and tried it again. Still didn't work. After a few phone calls and more troubleshooting I was confident it was his kit not my gas service or generator. He finally agreed to have me ship it back to inspect everything. Of course on my dime. My stance was the fuel adapter was the problem. Not supplying enough gas. Once he received the kit he finally came to the same conclusion. Despite making claims it was not his kit over and over costing me time and money. The kit arrived back to him and after over a week he then sent the kit back with a new fuel adapter. The new fuel adapter wasn't even for my carburetor. Completely wrong. It was so wrong the choke butterfly was rendered inoperable once it was installed. At this point it's been over a month, almost 2 months of going back and forth with him. I contact him again and point out the fuel adapter is for a totally different carburetor. He responds yes that's true but just file it down a little. At this point I've had enough and ask for my money back. He agreed and asked me to send back the kit. He agreed to pay return shipping but asked me to pay for it then he would refund me with the kit refund. So I sent it back. Weeks go by and no refund. Won't answer calls. Won't respond to emails. Finally get him on the phone after filing a charge back with the credit card company. He agreed in writing to refund all my money and shipping costs. But he never does this. Won't answer the phone, wont respond to emails. Nothing. I had to get a Google voice phone number to get him to answer the phone. He said he sent the check for the shipping cost and that he didn't contest the charge back. But he lied, the check never came. He stopped answering phone calls from that number so I got a new number. He answered and I said it was me and asked where is my check and he hung up. I'm currently waiting on the charge back to be finished. I'm assuming it will go my way because I have everything in writing as per him agreeing to a full refund and shipping costs. One last thing. The kit he sells is a joke. The fuel adapter is cheap 3d printed garbage. Feels like it will brake in half it's so thin. The "gas hose" is just general purpose rubber hose that is not ment to be used for natural gas or propane. I called the manufacturer and the couldn't believe someone was selling it for that intended use. The rest of the parts he sources from another company that he is related to via family. If he's doing this to me there's a good chance he done this to others and will do so to more people in the future. I hope this helps someone else avoid what happened to me. Buy somewhere else!

PNG Technologies is shipping multifuel kits with hose that is improper for the application…read more Air/Water 'Multipurpose' or worse hose is being shipped with these kits. The proper hose needs to be sourced and used by the user, or you risk a major fire hazard. I notified the owner of the issue, and he replied with a lame excuse. After I rec'd my kit to confirm what is being sent, I reached out to the owner with disappoinment having just spent over $300 with shipping. Now I need to spend more money for the proper hose. There was no reply when I asked if he had actual LP gas rated hose he has ghosted me with no reply. Having been in the hose and fitting business for close 30 years, I'm very bothered by this. This is a huge liability and fire hazard. Buyer beware!
