Their shrimp and egg rolls were fried very hard which I don't like. It's a little difficult for my daughter to eat the hard exterior as well. The fantail shrimp were very sad. I'm used to them being mostly breading but these are ridiculous. The shrimp size is a fourth of the overall breading. If it's getting too expensive to serve them, they may want to take them off the menu entirely and just serve fried shrimp or popcorn shrimp. They were literally that size. The house fried rice was also not a favorite. I'm not into super dark fried rice and it just seemed really hard. This is your run-of-the-mill neighborhood Chinese takeout spots I wasn't expecting gold standards but now I know how to order from them in the future if I ever have another craving for their Chow Mei Fun.
