A Breath of Fresh Air. I booked an appointment after reading Bigelow Brothers rating here on Yelp and I was not disappointed. When making the appointment I asked about the method of cleaning and Morgan took the time to explain the process. TRUST: If you want to talk trust try moving every piece of furniture out of two living rooms and some bedrooms onto your back patio (no rain thankfully). I was relieved when Morgan showed up not only on time but 10 minutes early. Big sigh of relief. RESULTS: Morgan spent ample time to thoroughly treat and clean our carpets and the results were outstanding. Even better his method doesn't soak the carpet with water preventing spots from returning the next day. Amazing results! These guys are awesome! Morgan is so professional, friendly, and helpful. He is not going to try and "sell" you but will provide honest feedback and recommendations. We had our carpets cleaned a couple of times in the past by the Chem-Dry and another outfit but they never got the carpet to look very clean and afterward the carpets got dirty really fast. Bigelow Brothers cleaned our carpets a few months ago and they looked like new. In fact, there was a large stain that the past two cleaning companies could not get out but Bigelow Brothers got it out no problem. The carpets still look great! I admit, the part about the carpets being virtually dry is what caused me to call Morgan. And it is true! There is some residual moisture, if you stand in your bare feet, but nothing like traditional carpet cleaning. Morgan was prompt and polite. He explained the process to me when I asked questioned. he was quick and efficient. I had a rental room where the carpets were extremely soiled. Morgan has cleaned our home and a rental property. The rental property in particular was so bad that we thought we might have to replace it,and it was new carpet. We dediced first to give Morgan a try. It came out so nice, I couldn't believe it was the same carpet. I didn't realize this was a dry cleaning method. That being said it did seam to clean but when you use your vacuum after their process the residue of the cleaning solution will soil your​ filters and your canister. From now on I will use a steam cleaning method. I know it takes time to dry but cleaning out my vacuum sucks literally. read more
