UPDATED: Very disappointing response, when I messaged you about no bait on the trap you failed to respond and by the way the trap was only moved to access the crawl space. After deciding to terminate your services I messaged you and called to let you know if you had any question to contact me. The ball is in your court if you are truly concerned about the quality of your work your business provides. ORIGINAL POST:I just want to start off by saying the owner is a very engaging and nice individual. I had a great feeling after our initial meeting and his assessment of my rat issue. After the first check up after setting the traps his technition who was here for less that 5 minutes said there were no rats in traps so he set another one (I get this it may take time). Out of my own curiosity I looked under the house and saw all traps were located within a 15 foot radius. I called and spoke to the owner who was more than happy to come back out and re assess the location of the traps and check for any additional holes he may have missed on the first round. he did cover a few more holes and personally came out about a week later and said he caught 2 rats I was actually very pleased to hear that (I am now questioning this). His tech came out about week later for again less than 5 minutes said again no activity at the traps so he set another one. 4 days after the tech came out I was getting an estimate done on my crawl space and low and behold when I removed the door to under the house there was a rat trap sitting rite there with no bait on it. I'm no exterminator but how do you trap a rat in a trap with no bait? While the person doing the estimate was under the house he found two dead rats (not in traps) one was decomposing next to a rat trap from a different exterminator. The weather has been quite cold so the rat had been down there since the owner came about mid November. It's kind of weird an exterminator who is doing their job is leaving decomposing rats under a house that seems unprofessional. As nice as the owner is he just seems to provide a bunch of lip service without following up to make sure his employees are doing their job. This whole experience has been very disappointing I really had high hopes for this company. read more

While cordial and friendly, the men were not as competent as they appeared. After two tries, the product and/or the application did not get rid of my ant problem, and the ants remain. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with an exterminator service. read more

I requested service for rodent in crawl space a one time service was offered $350 evaluation and $245 quarterly I just want raccoons gone not to become partners in your company.
