We have been Venables customers for many years. On a regular basis they spray for destructive…read moreinsects and check for rodents and insects under the house. Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors. About 2 or so times a year we do have an invasion of "sugar ants" that seem to come in through a kitchen window. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved! They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way. All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions". I've used Parker Eco's quarterly service for spider control for years now. When I first moved into…read moremy house I was seeing multiple spiders literally daily; now I see maybe one a month. I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

We have had MPS work on our homes for over 2 years. Unfortunately living in the PNW comes with its…read moreown set of "pest" problems. Being new to the area we had no idea what we were in for. Ants, fleas, rats it was taken care of without us having to concern ourselves over the matter at all. We have small children and a senior dog and fish and have never had any repercussions with having our home treated. The rate they charge is better than any others I have found and the service is phenomenal. We had an ant problem that we had other pest control companies come in to try to fix and it didn't work. One treatment from MPS and they were gone. Our next home had a horrible rat problem with fleas coming up through the floors because of the rats. MPS helped us to be as comfortable as possible with the situation until we could find a better home to move into. Unfortunately they couldn't completely eradicate the problem because it needed a full excavation of the crawl space and the landlord wasn't willing to undertake it at the time. MPS worked with us until we moved into a new place so that our children were getting the least amount of effects from the infestation under the house. In our new home we brought fleas in again!!! It's been said that it's a horrible year for them. 2 treatments from MPS and they are gone for good I hope!! I highly recommend MPS they are personable honest and do great work!!
