My family and I really loved the Bigfoot Ropes course. It was fun and challenging. It made my seven year old feel like a real super hero as she glided through the challenges. As forty year old adults, my husband and I found the course exhausting, but doable. We were there almost two hours playing and having fun. Kelly was a great host as well as all the international staff there. They really made us laugh. Definitely not to miss! read more

Wow.... what an amazing adventure we went on yesterday for my daughter's 7th birthday. She wanted to attempt the rope course for.something different and unique to do on her special day. It was every bit of that. I was truly worried it would be too hard for her, but there was so many different obstacles varying in degrees of difficulty it worked out ok. She could handle most of the stuff on the 1st level and then struggled a bit more with the height and difficulty levels as we went up to the 2nd and 3rd levels. Which was ok... It was tough even for myself at times. We did get the chance to make it all the way to the top to fly the helicopter. Also we braved the 3 story high bungie jump or leap of faith down. I can't even believe she did that. She was scared, but very brave. I am extremely proud of her. It was worth every penny. I also want to mention how awesome the staff here was. Mona and Dacia were so kind, gentle, and patient. They both took the extra time to make sure my daughter along with all the other guests were having fun, feeling safe, giving pointers, and on and on. Just a great overall experience all the way around partial thanks to them. We appreciate the extra great customer service experience. You helped make my daughter's bday extra special. We will be back and would highly recommend if you are in the Dells to stop and give the place a try. It is challenging and maybe not for everyone. I would say any Athletic kids, (hyper kids or extra energy kids) athletic adults, thrill seekers this is perfect for.. Lastly you can not be afraid of heights to do this activity. Unbelievably great time! The staff was so friendly and extra helpful. Thankfully they had shoes for me to wear since I was wearing flip flops. We were lucky to be there a day when it was very quiet so we really had the run of the show. Plenty of expertise options and the view was stunning from the top. read more

It was definitely a challenging course with many different obstacles to take on. I didn't believe we received very many instructions before going on the course; they just sent us on our way to figure it out ourselves. There was also no one up on the course when my group was up there; no one at the ready in case anything were to go wrong. The staff on the ground weren't even watching us while we were up on the air. I fell and got terrible rope burn on my fingers (they give you fingerless gloves). It was a fun and challenging experience but I felt like the staff needed to be paying attention more and no one was up in the air to help you if something went wrong. read more

Amazing place! Our family of six- kids ranged from 7-14, all loved it! We went at 11 am, stayed two hours and it was 80 degrees. New, clean adventure outdoor park. Staff was very nice, helpful and safety was #1. Different levels of heights and challenges and you are free to go between them as you like. Water stations available there. Wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes (although I believe they have gym shoes there if you do not). Sunscreen and cash for a well worth tip jar. Worth every penny and all six of us highly recommend! read more

Me and my husband went at almost 3 and at first we saw this on groupon and we decided to go and check it out. At this point we had not bought the groupon and it was 104 I think at the booth without the coupon, and the man at the ticket booth was very nice and said if you can buy it before three you can still enter.. usually we have problems with people accepting groupons so that was nice. Also our total was only $50 after the groupon. Everyone was really nice to us! I thought the obstacles were cool yes the gloves are dirty but I won't knock a star off because our overall experience was great! If it looks like fun I'd definitely recommend. We plan to come back to the dells soon with a large group and we will be coming here again. So enjoy! read more

We bought a groupon for my family of 4 and what a deal! We were on the ropes course for three hours and still did not complete all of it. It's three floors of obstacle courses and each floor gets more challenging. The staff is nice and extremely helpful! My children were stuck on a few of the obstacles and the staff came right away to help them through it. It was such a fun experience. I would highly recommend it! read more

This was a lot of fun and not too expensive. If you order tickets online you get $14 off so definitely do that. The staff were helpful and nice. Even if you don't have any experience with high ropes the bottom level is easy enough and you can step on the ground so it wont be too hard. read more

The absolute WORST experience I could have asked for. The owner shocked me with his offensive, foul language that was directed at my little, twin sisters. He made them CRY. He is a rude man who should not be allowed to run a family business and treat his customers with such disrespect. He made us feel bad for not being able to complete the harder obstacle courses, and laughed in my cousin's face when she had a panic attack on the hardest level and asked to be pulled down. This place DOES NOT deserve your business. Not to mention, the gloves and tools they provided were black and rusted and did not provide any protection for your hands. We got a good deal on groupon, but this place was a HORRIBLE experience in our stay at the dells. The manager was extremely rude to my children who had special needs. Was not willing to accommodate to any of our needs at all. Before I left he swore at my youngest daughter (12 years old) because her sensory issues were acting up. He put on a terrible show for all the other children everyone left and demanded a refund. The obstacle course was horrible designed and not safe at all. The gloves you're given are not washed and the staff admitted to that. You will have blisters after this!! This manager needs to be shut down from his unprofessionalism as a public place owner for CHILDREN!!! read more

We brought a group of about 25 high school seniors here for an end of year trip and they had a blast. We came on a Friday morning before school let out and had the place pretty much to ourselves. All of the staff were incredibly helpful - from Denise, who took our order over the phone and answered all my random questions to Ellie, Tyler, & Kenisha who helped get our kids set up and helped me adjust my transaction when our number of students changed. All the staff took care of our students and were very positive and encouraging the entire time. There are various levels of difficulty and various height levels (from on the ground to 4 stories high) so there really is something for everyone. All our students could be on the ropes course at the same time and did not have to wait at all to try an obstacle or challenge. The harnesses are very easy to use and make switching between areas pretty fast. I would definitely take a large group here again. read more

If I were to give this place negative stars I would. Not only was it dirty scummy and absolutely horrific. It had terrible service and the "nice" workers judge you if you get scared or nervous.My sister was tired and couldn't do it anymore and they would not help her. The whole course just has a bad vibe. Secondly, the owner should not be an "owner" one being that he was extremely rude to me and my 11 sisters by cussing at us and most of us being minors and have never experienced this bad of a situation. Which also made us cry. We also didn't get a full experience we paid for both attractions there and barley finished the 1st one. This place is no place for kids or even adults. My advice is to ditch this joint and find a better nicer place that has actual working equipment!!! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Let's start with the sanitation: the gloves this place provides are absolutely gross! They are ten sizes too big for everyone normally sized and have never been washed. They smell and I'm pretty sure there must be some fungus lingering in them. Next, the high ropes course is very poorly designed, having cheap equipment and loose ropes. The facility only allows one person on a section at once which is very inconvenient for a big group. Lastly, the owner was APPALLING! He was so very rude to everyone that walked in and even made fun of the people that we were with! He threatened to call the police on us and told us we were going to jail- haha what an uneducated man thinking he knows human rights/laws. This man took pictures of us without our consent and made a group of girls ( ages 10-13) cry. He was so unprofessional for an owner of a business in Wisconsin dells. So folks, save your money and go elsewhere, where sanitation exists, the course is fun, and where the owner isn't a complete asshole!!! read more
