We went inside to order, but the barista kept only taking drive through orders, while the other one made drinks, both totally ignoring us. This biggby coffee was so clean and the drink was so good and refreshing and the workers were so nice and friendly and they even add sprinkles to my drink because it was a birthday drink that was so nice of them I will be back soon read more

You ruined a seasonal favorite the peppermint stick mocha. It is like soup in a cup of mocha. It is gross and for $7.80 seems ridiculous. My hubby and I were to share this on a road trip and it was undrinkable. To the owner-Raveeth-I am disappointed in your location and their standards. We try to give the business to the locals and not to Starbucks. We waited 12 minutes to get to the speaker box and thought it was due to lack of staff like everywhere else. It would be appreciated if this business would update their hours on google so people aren't sitting outside in the cold waiting for their order to be taken at the drive thru window. If it says you open at 6 then customers will arrive at 6. It would also be helpful if the store isn't open until after 6 if the employees inside would let the customer know, "hey sorry we actually don't open until such and such time" instead of completely noticing the customer and then blatantly ignoring them. I can't believe it was my first time to stop by BIGGBY coffee since I've been in south bend area for over three years! Overall this experience was excellent. The staff was very nice and patient, and the mint mocha was really warm and tasty. They also have two hour free WiFi for use! The place was not crowded and you can just enjoy yourselves sitting there working for the whole afternoon. Really liked it and will definitely come back! read more

We go to this BIGGBY location often and have found issues here and there, but love BIGGBY so we always return. After today I will definitely be driving to other location. I was charged for a "pup cup" which I've never been charged before. They charged $1.25 for a cup of whip cream and poured sprinkles on it. I also ordered ham, egg, and cheddar "bragels" and a coffee w/ cream and sugar. The coffee didn't have cream and sugar and the sandwich had no cream cheese. Very upsetting that I wasted my money here. read more

They FIRE you after day 3 if you don't know what your doing, even if you didn't get properly trained. Secondly, no one wears gloves. No one wears face-masks, & they don't clean anything very well. I went I side to order and watched no less than 12 cars go through the drive thru. I literally left and went through the drive thru so I could pick up my order. I ordered 2 large drinks and received a large and medium. I mentioned I had 2 large. I literally watched them pour my medium drink into a large cup and hand it to me! The manager said he was understaffed but the barista on break was the one who waited on me at the time i ordered. The only thing worse than a mistake (we all make them) is an excuse. This was our first time at Biggby (Granger) and decided to give the coffee a try. I ordered the 16 oz Honey, Cinnamon, Vanilla Latte and was disappointed that it was served lukewarm. A latte should be made with steamed milk and so should be a hot drink not a tepid one. I did not find the coffee to be anything special (especially considering the price), so it is unlikely I'll be visiting Biggby again. read more

I don't know what to say about Biggby coffe. I always feel really bored with the look and seating and noticed the few places I have checked out notvreally many people hang in thus place. This Biggby has a drive thru like the other, and again the vast majority of this coffee business is through the drive thru despite this area having a college. Fast internet and good coffee. Yeah it doesn't have the fancy pictures of coffee beans on the wall like Starbucks, but I'm sick of Starbucks. This seems to be the only good alternative around here. They have a drive through, a rewards program, and the price is on point. Great place. read more

I agree with the other 5 star reviewers. WOW= customer service was excellent. EVERYONE of the three 'baristas'was sensitive to what each customer wanted, were knowledgeable and cheerful. The coffee was superb. I had espresso decaf Americano, extra strength. Decaf can be despicable and in many places is. Here, for the first time, I have found a decaf that could not be differentiated from caffeinated ( I did sample the caffeinated). They also have art work on the walls that was fascinating . In the rear of the store is a meeting/party room that could be used for businesses or the general public as it provides a level of privacy. Good stuff Biggby's of Granger! read more

I honestly love Bigby's coffee but this location was just off putting. As soon as I walked in nobody was upfront, that surprised me. And when someone finally came up my experience was very unpleasant, the woman just seemed distracted. While I was waiting for my drink to be made I saw the counter top was just a mess, and when she handed my drink to me she had stuff all over her hand. Didn't really seem all that cleanly. My drink tasted okay, I don't know what I was expecting but it was just way too hot I couldn't even drink it, the presentation was defiently not what I expected from a coffee shop. The employees were just chatting amongst themselves not really engaging in conversations with the customers just each other. The place didn't seem all that professional. read more

Best coffee and staff in town. The baristas are always cheerful and you never feel like you're being rushed. The owner visits the store often and helps the workers behind the counter - something you never see at Starbucks. Excellent coffee and espresso drinks (especially the peppermint stick latte).
