Not only was she rude, but she seemed not to be familiar with the name of the condition I have. She had to check with a supervisor to find out. The diagnosis turned out to be a common one, so you would think that office staff would have heard the term before. And because I was not an established patient, they declined to make an appointment with me. I will look for care elsewhere! By the way, I just called another practice--and they got me in right away! The third time I called I got Chris on the phone who told me they had a note to call me back. I told her about my problem and she said she would discuss it with the doctor and he would give me a call. That was on Friday. Today at 1:30 I called them again! They took no responsibility for their lack of concern and action and where horrible on the phone to me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people. Very uncaring, unapologetic and not willing to take any responsibility for their lack of action.
