We live 20 miles away. We are AAA members (which paid off yesterday). I called AAA and they sent Zac's Towing and Recovery. He was so nice! He looked at the battery and it was corroded to the point the car had to be towed to Ford Service. We just had our car serviced in another State two months ago! Lesson learned: periodically check the condition of the battery! Zac was very helpful and professional. He helped to calm a very stressful situation! I stopped by the shop the middle of the week after getting back from the tow trip in Billings at 10:30 in the morning. OFFICE WAS CLOSED. Middle of the week, middle of the morning. What kind of hours do they have? I did notice on all their great reviews that the reviews were years old! No reviews for a long time. Something going on with that business. I did find out that if you get stranded call Hansers for either towing or repairs.

After they towed my car, I wound up renting a U-Haul & trailer from them. Three guys spent 1/2 hour helping me get the car on the trailer. They weren't going to charge me, but I insisted that they collect an hour @ shop rate. The folks at Finishing Touch are honest, hard-working, pleasant guys. I wish they were located where I live. We broke down in Yellowstone National Park and were really stranded(we had no cell phone service, etc). We had to be towed to Cody and looked on Yelp for a recommendation. Rob fixed our car fast even though he had plenty of other work to do and he did it beautifully and he is dead honest . Very knowledgeable, explains what he is doing. His charge for what was a major fix to a front-wheel drive car was very reasonable(way less than a dealer would charge) . This guy really knows his stuff! . We were also stranded with no way to get a room reservation in a town that was close to being booked up. His wife, Peggy, helped us out a lot. They both are great.

I u tubed it with in minutes I had a very knowledgeable guy explain exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I also got my tires rotated while I was there. I personally tightened the lug nuts the last time I went on a road trip. Lug nuts were in perfect shape NO rounded edges. Now all my lug nuts are ruined and rounded off not only did I get charged up the butt for absolutely NOTHING I have to replace all lug nuts because their mechanic was too lazy to properly place the socket squarely on the lug nut. Do yourself a favor and never go to this repair shop!!!!!!! Amy

I…read morewas pulling a 30-foot 5th wheel from Northern California to Maine and every single shop in Cody said they couldn't help me for 2-3 weeks. I called Bob and he said for me to get it towed over and he'd take care of it. 2 hours after I got it over there, he called me and his dad picked up my wife and I in town and brought us back to his shop. I'm in Maine now thanks to him-- 4,000 miles and 4 weeks later. I have never ever met a better mechanic or more honorable person in my life.
