I have to say this is what sold me as Aaron is a pleasure to deal with and patient with any questions although I have never met him in person. I communicated several times via email and always received a prompt answer. They even cut a hole for a suntube that I was installing myself and mounted the flange for me. The quote included a $250 deposit for possible rot repair of which only half was used so my final bill came in under the quote!! The crew was a mixture of hired help and tradesmen and I was quickly able to determine who was the go to guy while on site. He was a pleasure to deal with andhe performed the hard to complete tasks including the flashing and ridge vent. After the work was done a final inspection was performed and a couple days later I received an invoice. About a week later a couple guys appeared and went on my roof with a tarp and did some final checks including cleaning my gutters as the weather was not appropriate when the final inspection was done. In short, if you want an outdoor living space that you take pride in and want to last, you should work with Mark. This work was done in the early spring of 2024. When the crew arrived to our home, they were respectful and very fast. We had the power raking and aeration done to our front and back yard. The crew worked fast and did a very good job of raking up all of the dead grass and spruce cones. We never heard any swearing or angry talk by any of the crew. Everybody was calm and methodical. Most recently, we had them remove a very large tree limb that had fallen on the neighbour's roof (thank you freak September snowstorm), and then take the remainder of the tree out of our yard. This tree was at least 60 years old and MASSIVE. In less than three hours, they had completed the entire job without a bit of damage to the neighbour's roof, fence or property and opened up our yard beautifully, making way for some new landscaping projects in the spring. Extra effort was put into stacking the wood into a corner of our backyard, hauling away all the branches and sweeping up HUNDREDS of leaves. I cannot recommend Bow Valley highly enough and wouldn't even consider using anyone else for tree services. Thumbs up guys!
