From check in to the front desk employees to the concierge to the breakfast employees to house keeping. Everyone that works at this hotel acknowledges you asks how your day is going and makes sure you have everything you need. I've traveled all over and this by far has to be one of the best teams I've ever experienced. Beyond recommend this hotel.

(We walked after arriving at Central Station.) Room was cozy, super quiet and lovely. The only thing I'd change about the room (Room 8) is how external light from the night courtyard lights comes in over the top of the drapes. (The room was never completely dark at night.). Other than that, the room was perfect and very well serviced throughout our stay. Food and drink were awesome. Breakfast options were tasty and plentiful. We had dined at Vinkeles on a previous trip and it was amazing. We were sad it was closed this time. All staff were lovely especially Renee at the Front Desk. The oysters, from Texel, were the biggest oysters I've ever had and were flavorful without being overly salty or strong. The lamb was from the island, too, and I was told that they use all cuts of the sheep, which is why you get a selection of different cuts (each was near different sauces on the plate, so you could see which cut went best with which sauce). The meat was tender, and though it didn't even need them to be delicious, I enjoyed the sauces that went with it (and the crunchy coriander that was on one of the cuts).
