Biju is bubble tea with a difference. Loose leaf teas are individually brewed for a fresher, tastier and healthier drink. Never batch brewed or re-heated.
Biju is made with fresh organic milks, including non-dairy alternatives such as organic soya, organic almond milk and Oatly Oat Milk. We are very proud of our vegan options. And we never powdered creamer.
Biju is created with natural fruit flavours. Never the myriad of colourful and artificially flavoured powders commonly found at other bubble tea joints.
Biju's toppings are next level too. Our tapioca boba pearls are always regularly cooked freshly on site. Unlike popping boba, our popping fruits are made with natural flavours and no preservatives.
On the menu, you will find classic milk and iced teas, fruity milks and our adventurous salted cream teas. A unique line made with vibrant coconut water completes the range, supplemented by regular seasonal specials.
History
Established in 2014.
Biju Bubble Tea officially opened in Soho on 6th August 2014. Biju's aim is to provide the best bubble tea experience in the world. To do that, we went back to basics and took nothing for granted. The drink quality is first and foremost, hence we're the only bubble tea that exclusively brews all our tea freshly upon ordering, and that uses organic fresh milk and not powdered creamer.
This philosophy is matched by a unique cocktail bar experience where customers can see their drinks being handmade and handshaken, and where nothing is hidden.
The theatre like seating and cool music make this a fun place to hang out and enjoy a refreshing bubble tea.
Meet the Business Owner: Nicholas P.
I grew up in Singapore and loved bubble tea from a very young age. However, it was a few years ago while I was back in Asia for holiday that I found out that the milk tea I so loved was not so lovable. Places mostly batch brewed their tea in the morning, letting it sit for hours, even re-heating it. And even worse, there was no milk in my milk tea, only powdered creamer. So I am seeking to change the bubble tea world with Biju.
