The cost was extremely affordable and the staff very attentive and friendly. Only down side is there is a substantial deposit but I think if I would have called Amex before they would have confirmed the 'car rental insurance' that they provide on all car rentals made using their card. I paid using my Captial 1 card and had zero issues. Very very happy with this business

Everything else was full so I was worried this one must not be great. Our entire group spoke English so it was good our guide was very fluent. He had lots of interesting facts for us and good conversation. I believe he said his name was Francesco. I don't think you could do these hills on a normal e-bike but the ones they gave us were serious. It was so cool going up the hillside and down it around turns and little city streets. This tour wasn't for the faint of heart. If you're only an every now and then biker I don't suggest it. We stopped at a castle, a water fall and some bars.

Three days before our confirmed date, Samuel tried to 1) get us to pay 47 euros more because he didn't have enough people signed up for the tour, 2) get us to move our date to the morning we were flying out of Nice, 3) get us to take another company's three hour electric bike tour of just Nice (which we had already toured ourselves). When we told him none of these options seemed satisfactory, he cancelled our tour the night before it was scheduled. Samuel also tried to use the excuse that it was going to rain, so we should cancel, even though the forecast was clear and the day we should have had our tour was sunny and clear. A totally bad experience. We had to go back to the company that brokered our tour (GetYourGuide) to get our money back.
