I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the appalling service and hazardous repair work carried out at your 360 cycle shop, as well as the completely unacceptable behavior of your staff.
On 6th May ,I picked up my bicycle from your shop after it was supposedly repaired. However, immediately after taking it back, I noticed a severe issue: the bike frequently gets stuck on the chain. Because of this faulty and irresponsible workmanship, I have been put in highly dangerous situations on the road multiple times. Your shop's negligence has directly compromised my physical safety.
To make matters worse, when I brought the bicycle back to address this issue, your staff member outright refused to take responsibility and instead accused me of damaging the bike myself. This defensive, dismissive, and rude attitude is shocking. It is clear that your shop currently shows a total disregard for customer safety and basic accountability.
Due to this handling of the situation, I am demanding the following:
1 The full names and contact numbers of both the store manager and the staff member who was on duty and handled my case.
2 A full explanation and an immediate, proper resolution to fix my bicycle at no extra cost, or a full refund so I can have it repaired safely elsewhere.
I expect a prompt response to this matter. If this is not resolved satisfactorily, I will not hesitate to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities.
