I was most impressed by how well their staff takes care of this gym which in return the clients do so as well. There is nothing out of order. All the weights are racked. In the week I was visiting, I saw the staff wipe down with polish the lockers, sweeping and mopping the floors, wiping down all equipment, taking out trash, refilling the cleaning wipes, and cleaning the bathrooms. There are two main areas, the weights and cardio machines on one side. There is also a stretching area in the middle and then the powerlifters and crossfit style area on the other side. I went to a class "12 days of Christmas" and it kicked my butt. The instructor was awesome and the class was packed. There are two large fitness rooms upstairs for classes such as spinning and even kickboxing. The ladies locker room is impeccable. I even used their showers one day. They even have a dressing room. Highly recommend! This will be our go to gym when visiting the area.

I really just wish they offered more classes, especially on weekends! I don't live locally but visit my parents here often, and if I oversleep or miss the one Saturday class, they have no other opportunities to go. That said, if you're local, they have a good after-work class times and Laurie is a really good teacher. I've never had a problem with parking, and there's a pizza place nearby if you want to undo all the good you just did for your body!

She is so knowledgeable, and gives each student personal attention. She also provides multiple modifications with every pose we do, customizing it to your comfort and skill level. My two children have been going there for three and a half years. They've learned martial arts, self confidence, leadership and life long lessons. I can not recommend this studio enough.
