I decided to try this local store since I live here. I made an appt to get my eyes checked and new…read moreglasses. My prescription is progressive with prisms. I waited 4 weeks for my new glasses to arrive only to find the prescription wasn't right. So they rechecked my eyes and after 2 weeks the glasses arrived again only to find out the prescription wasn't correct, for the second time. They wanted to try again and I told them I wanted my money refunded because they couldn't guarantee the next set would be correct. They refunded my money for the frames and only 40% of lenses. The problem wasn't my fault. It's was there's and the labs mistake. I will never use these people again. I paid over $850 for frames and lens and they only refunded me a little over $400. They also used my insurance for the eye exam. I'm not only out my money but my insurance benefits for this year. I will never recommend this place and will let everyone I know what they did.

With no relief no rest no sleep . I was desperate. I came into this office today and everyone was so friendly to me . Dr Campbell came into the room diagnosed me within 2 minutes . where everyone else was suggesting surgery. He found an alternative for me. In one office visit I had a nurse practitioner and a doctor exam me and get to the bottom of my issue. I am so thankful to him and his staff for the relief and sleep I got after leaving his office. If I'm ever in this area and need a doctor again, I will definitely choose this one.
